Go to our Get A Quote page on the website. Follow the instructions to find out all the information you need and get a same day fixed quote for your extension drawings.

Once you have receive your quote we will arrange a convenient time for an online meeting to discuss your plans and requirements for your project. Following this meeting we will ask for a small deposit in order to get your project booked in.

We will post a digital laser measure to you so that you can measure and then draw a sketch of your house. Don't worry, its easy and doesn't need to be too complicated. We also need a few photographs of the inside and outside of your house which you can email or WhatsApp to us. See our house measure guide for more info.

Once we have the survey information we will produce the draft set of drawings of the existing house and proposed design. Once complete we will send to you so that you can check we have included everything you want in the design. 

When we have reviewed and agreed the design the drawings will be prepared for the application. 

We will complete and submit all applications for you. Whether it be for Planning, Permitted Development or Building Regulations*

Once all the required applications are approved and your builder is ready you can begin building your project
