2 Bed Terraced House - Loft Conversion

Great, thanks for telling us about your plans

Loft extensions are one of the most popular ways to add floor space to your home. Most people use the space for a bedroom and if they have the space, a small en-suite bathroom. So if your roof has at least 2.4m headroom at the highest point this might be a great option for you.

To build your loft conversion you are going to need the following.

A full set of planning drawings to submit to your local planning department.

Once they have approved these drawings you will need a set of drawings detailing the construction method of the extension. These are used to apply for building regulations approval. They also give the builders the information to provide an accurate quote and to build from.

Now that you know how it works all you have to do is click on 'Get Your Quote' below to receive your fixed quote today.
